B5N2 Type 97 Torpedo-Bomber (Kate)

Hasegawa's 1/48 scale Kate is available online at Squadron.com®

I recently finished this 1/48 scale Hasagawa Kate. The model was built straight out of the box with the exception of added lead foil lap belts, CMK gunsight and navigation lights.

This is my second attempt at a Japanese aircraft. The paint finish is SnJ Undersides, Gunze & Tamiya uppers. Subtle chipping with a #11 blade to reveals the metal base coat.
