BA-20 Armored Car

Alan's 1/35 scale BA-20 Armored Car is available online from Squadron.com

Here are some photos of Alan's 1/35 scale BA-20 Armored Car from the Soviet Union.

The kit is built with some modifications such as Tank Workshop wheels and the antenna rail rebuilt using styrene rod and copper wire. I also used Greif lenses for the tail and head lights. The front radiator doors were thinned down, the door handles replaced with wire and photo etched locks added to the tool boxes.

The model than was sprayed with Testors' Russian Green and then weathered with oils. Afterwards the model was dry-brushed to bring out the highlights, given a coat of dust and dull coated.

This was a pretty cool little kit!
