We have come to expect a quality product from these chaps and so it is with this sheet. Five aircraft - A2s and A3s - are presented  and instructions are provided on both sides of an A3 sheet. This contains a detailed set of side and top views, descriptions of specific equipment fit and colour details.

A separate B&W sheet contains drawings to show decals and stencil placement, and another contains wartime B&W images of Green 2 and Yellow 12 with detailed notes about their schemes. The sheet contains stencils for the undercarriage legs and propellor blades - always very handy I reckon!

Sufficient crosses, stencils and swastikas are provided for three or four choices but all aeroplanes can be covered using kit decals, as well as the extra sheet of crosses as shown.

The five choices are :-

  1. FW190A2 Yellow ’12’ , W,nr 5335 of 3/JG26 , February 1942 in France,

  2. FW190A , Green ‘2’ of JG5 in Norway 1942,

  3. FW190 A3, Yellow ’12’ W,nr 2194 of 9/JG2 in France, mid 1942,

  4. FW190 A3, Yellow ‘13+1’ “Schnauzel” W,nr 325 in France in summer 1942, and

  5. FW A3 ‘<II’ of Stab IV/JG5 in Norway in 1942.

All are in various various schemes from earlier in the war and mainly have 74/75/76 colours with variable fuselage markings. The decals are researched and producted to a very high standard, glossy with minimal carrier film and excellent density and register.

The modeller will have to paint the fuselage bands but at least there are no spinner spirals to worry about.
