Review Type: |
First Look. |
Advantages: |
Great etching quality with much fine raised and recessed detail that will look great under fine coat of paint. No really complex folding tasks. Clear instructions.. |
Disadvantages: |
None noted. |
Conclusions: |
This is a splendid set of parts that will help you turn a reasonably basic, but sound, kit into a show stopper inside and out especially if you can get hold of some vacform canopies to show it all off. Recommended. |

Presented in Brengun’s standard clear resealable sleeve this is a massive set of two PE sheets, each 100x70mm which provide a large number of replacement or enhancement parts for this kit which must be thirty years old now.
Many of the parts go to produce a full metal interior with all panels, seats, pedals, levers, belts, the lot! As well there is a turret interior and parts for the nose and gondola weapons including gunsights. Outside there are replacement exhausts, undercarriage door, engine fans and an entrance door.
A small transparent film provides the instruments behind the etched instrument panel.
The A5 instruction sheet clearly indicates where all parts go and the kit plastic parts which need discarding or modifying.
No painting information is given.
