Advantages:

Provides the modeller with parts to enhance and improve on the basic kit parts.

Disadvantages:

The usual photo-etched caveat of taking care getting the smaller parts off the fret - I would recommend doing so inside a clear plastic sleeve or bag.

Conclusions:

Highly recommended to the He 177 modeller.

Here's another old kit getting the Brengun photo-etched treatment.

This time there are two sheets, one 100 x 60mm and the other 50 x 50mm. These cover full interior details for the three cockpit areas - main, rear and gondola - with seats and frames, structural members, instrument panels and boxes with clear instrument films, and some exterior parts such as access ladders, aerials and a couple of access panel replacements.

Full instructions are included on an A5 sheet.

All in all, this is a  great accessory to tart up the old kit.
