Hobby Boss' 1/32 Spitfire Mk.Vb Trop is available online from Squadron

This is the very nice 1/48 P-40B kit from Airfix which is a pleasure to build. There are some panel lines that need to be filled in and a few things to be fixed here and there, but nothing major.

This is the aircraft of David Lee "Tex" HILL of the AVG. I sourced the decals from a 23 years-old Aeromaster sheet.

Riveting was done with the help of Rosie the Riveter. Exhaust pipes and seat are from QB. Pitot, gunsight and barrels from Master. Maybe the tyres would benefit from being replaced too.

Paints are Gunze H302, H72 and H62.
