Mirage IIIE/5F Weapons Set

This interesting selection of Mirage IIIE and 5F stores provides several items not often included with kits or offered in other weapons sets. Whilst no doubt PJ Production hopes the set will garnish their own kits, it is equally well suited to other brands too.

The set provides:

• 2 x MATRA R-550 Magic 2 with pylon.

• 2 x AIM-9B Sidewinder with pylon.

• 2 x CES-3 pylon with adaptor.

• 2 x LAU-32.

• 2 x LRF 4

• 2 x CES-3 pylon.

• 1 x Barrax.

• 1 x Barracuda 2.

• 1 x Phimat

• 1 x PM3 ventral pylon

• 2 x Alkan P65 Adapator.

• 2 x STRIM Bomb.

• 2 x JL-10 with CRP-18 pylon.

The set comes packaged in an end-opening box with the resin parts enclosed in a zip-lock plastic bag. Also included are instructions that detail the parts, give basic advice on colours for painting, and guide their location on the aircraft.

The parts should be easy to remove from their pour stub on the tails, although many will require a quick clean up to remove some very light mould-flash. The odd item may also require gentle warming and slight straightening.

This is an interesting selection of stores to compliment any Mirage IIIE or 5F kit. I am happy to recommend this simple good quality set.
