Ultracast has four new resin seats in 1/48 scale. Each pack includes one resin seat:

48255 - P-40B/C Seat with Wide Lap Belt Harness

This is suitable for all USAAF P-40s prior to mid 1942

48256 - P-40 Tomahawk Early Square Back Export Seat with Wide Lap Belt Harness

This seat is suitable for Flying Tigers (A.V.G.) Aircraft

48257 - P-40 Tomahawk Early Square Back Export Seat with British Sutton Harness

This one is suitable for early war RAF, RAAF, SAAF Tomahawks

48258 - P-40 Tomahawk Early Square Back Export Seat without Harness

If you prefer a DIY harness, this seat will be suitable for early war RAF, RAAF, SAAF & Flying Tigers (A.V.G.)

All the seats feature beautifully fine detail. They are cast in a single piece with the frame behind the seat. The casting block is nothing more than a fine "H" shape of wafer-like resin strips. This will only take seconds to remove and clean up with a sharp hobby knife.

Fans of early American P-40s and Commonwealth Tomahawks will be very pleased to see these four useful new releases from Ultracast.

Thanks to Ultracast for the review sample.
