If you are one of the many who have caught Ventura Fever, you'll be pleased to see that Ultracast has added its wheel magic to the mix.

Ultracast has just released two sets of wheels for Revell's excellent new 1/48 scale PV-1 Ventura.

One of the sets features spoked hubs while the second has covered hubs. Both sets of tyres feature a tight diamond tread pattern, and are subtly bulged and flattened.

The resin wheels from Ultracast are better proportioned, more crisply rendered and far better detailed than the kit parts. There is no centreline seam to deal with either. Of course, the option of a covered hub is nice to have too.
