Conclusions:

The set reviewed here in my view has nothing to offer over the kit parts in the case of either brand. This said; I accept that there is a following for white metal undercarriages, and so the set may appeal to some modellers.

Scale Aircraft Conversion’s white metal replacement undercarriages come well packaged on a card header with clear bubble plastic pack. I outlined the case for and against their product in a review here on HyperScale just over a year ago. I concluded that they have no failings compared to kit parts, but with a few exceptions, offer no significant benefits either. However, I could see that they had an emotive appeal that for some would justify their purchase.

I have both of the target kits and I can see no obvious benefit in replacing their undercarriages with the set reviewed here. This definitely an accessory for white metal fans only.
