Trumpeter's 1/35 scale U.S Army CH-47A Crew is available online from

Not to long ago, Trumpeter released a modern CH-47 Crew from the current conflict in Iraq, and now they have done it again, only this time going back in time to the Vietnam War.
This set may be used as a standalone vignette thanks to the partial cockpit supplied, or as a crew for Trumpeter's 1/35 scale CH-47A kit.
Inside the box are three sprues with 39 parts, a small set of instructions and on the back of the box and a color chart.
The kit consists of 4 well molded figures, two pilots and two crewman, and the cockpit of a CH-47A.
This is a really clever idea and allows one to build this set into a nice little display showing the pilots in their office area and the crew hard at work. If you combined this set with the modern set you could have a really nice "then and now" vignette.
In conclusion, I think that this set is a great idea with nice overall detail that should build into a very nice display piece.
