MasterCasters has released a set of replacement wheels for Trumpeter's 1/32 scale P-51B and D kits, and Dragon's P-51D Mustang.

The new wheels are perfectly cast in grey resin. They feature crisp hub detail and subtle flattening.

Apart from the superior detail offered, the other great benefit of these wheels is the resin medium. Dragon's and Trumpeter's kit tyres are supplied in black vinyl, which is difficult to clean up, reluctant to accept paint and risks degrading over time. These resin wheels should retain their shape and paint for as long as the rest of your model.

Only a small remnant of the casting block is present on the flattened section of the tyre, so cleanup will be very fast and easy.

These wheels will be a welcome finishing touch for anyone building either Trumpeter's or Dragon's Mustang kits.
