A lower style of canopy was fitted to the early J35A, J35B, J35D and the second series of S35E Draken variants.

Crisply vacuum moulded in clear plastic, Maestro Models has produced a simple replacement vacform part to represent this early canopy. Two complete canopies are included. This will be handy in case of slip-ups with the hobby knife!

Usually aircraft fitted with this canopy also had the shorter intakes fitted.  These intakes are also available from Maestro Models.

As with all vacuum formed canopies, care needs to be taken to carefully cut the canopy from the surrounding clear plastic.

This is a simple and useful conversion from Maestro models but some experience in cutting vacuum formed canopies is required to install the set.
