Here is my old Hobbycraft's 1/48 Sea Fury with below modifications:

• scratch build wing fold

• canopy replaced with Falcon vac-form

• decals by Almark

The most challenging bit was the wing fold, which was totally scratch build based on photos from internet.

The old decal sheet from Almark was simply...good. I was worried about whether the black-white stripes will conform nicely to the wings and fuselage. With just a bit of trimming, they all fit perfectly.
